Russell Kemp NY is a division of NY3 International.  Our executive office is located in Montreal Canada.  Our design, sales, and merchandising teams are based in New York City.  Our diverse product portfolio includes both missy and plus size sportswear, dresses, blouses, and 2 pc dressing.
